At Glow Darling, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, returns are limited.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns/exchanges only if:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong product

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used products
• Beauty, skincare, cosmetics once unsealed

Return Process

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if the product is unavailable for replacement. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Customer can cancel an order only before it is dispatched.
